These Terms govern your access to and use of Agravyn websites, Ravena chat, and related beta or production features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Agravyn. Some features require sign-in, access approval, or an organization-approved account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using accurate account information, and for activity under your account.
Beta, free, and limited access
Ravena may be offered as a beta, trial, free, or limited-access product. Agravyn may apply message limits, rate limits, waitlists, sign-in requirements, or access approvals to protect service quality, prevent abuse, and manage infrastructure costs. Features, availability, response quality, and data coverage may change over time.
Agricultural information
Ravena provides informational support only. It is not a substitute for professional agronomic judgment, product labels, safety data sheets, local regulations, or expert review. Always verify herbicide use, crop safety, rates, restrictions, and application decisions against current product labels and applicable law.
Your content and feedback
You are responsible for the questions, feedback, contact messages, and other content you submit. You grant Agravyn permission to process that content to provide, secure, evaluate, and improve the service. If you submit product feedback or suggestions, Agravyn may use them without obligation to compensate you.
AI output
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Similar questions may produce different answers. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for agronomic, safety, regulatory, commercial, or operational decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Ravena, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, upload unlawful content, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, share credentials, or use the product to make unsupported claims about people, farms, companies, or products.
No warranty
The service is provided as is and as available. Agravyn does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, complete data coverage, or that the service will meet every user need.
Changes and suspension
Agravyn may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the product develops or to protect the service. We may suspend access if we believe use violates these Terms, creates security risk, or harms service reliability.
