Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including chat messages, contact form details such as name, email, topic, and message, feedback, and any other information you choose to send to Agravyn.

We also collect technical and usage information needed to run the service, including anonymous session identifiers, approximate request metadata, device/browser information, IP-derived security signals, error logs, rate-limit events, and interface preferences.

When you sign in or request extended access, we collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider identifiers, organization, role, and access status. Authentication may be handled by a managed identity provider, which processes sign-in information under its own privacy and security terms.

How we use information

We use information to provide Ravena responses, restore chat history, search prior chats, respond to contact requests, manage beta or production access, protect against abuse, enforce limits, diagnose errors, evaluate answer quality, and improve Agravyn products.

We do not sell chat content or contact information. We do not use user chat content for third-party advertising.

AI processing

Ravena may send relevant prompt, conversation, and context information to AI infrastructure used to generate or refine responses. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so agricultural decisions should be verified against product labels, local regulations, and professional judgment.

Cookies and local storage

Agravyn uses an essential anonymous session cookie for Ravena chat continuity and may use browser storage for interface preferences, saved thread references, and usability. These are used to operate the product, not to sell your data.

Ravena may also use essential authentication cookies and signed quota cookies to keep you signed in, protect accounts, and enforce anonymous message limits.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the website and backend, store application data, deliver email, operate databases and caches, provide graph and AI infrastructure, monitor reliability, and secure the service. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to Agravyn.

Retention and choices

We retain information for as long as needed to operate Ravena, maintain security, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and respond to requests. You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your email or account, where applicable.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS, deployment secrets, protected backend routes, rate limiting, access controls, and managed infrastructure security features. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Children

Agravyn is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live.
